美媒：中国再次试射东风41导弹 带分导弹头

据美国《华盛顿自由灯塔》网站12月11日报道，该网站记者比尔·格茨称其从美国五角大楼的官员处得知，中国于今年12月4日又试射了一枚东风-41型洲际弹道导弹。若格茨的说法属实，那这就是东风-41在今年的第2次，也是三年以来的第5次试射。

比尔·格茨称，这次试验在中国西部地区进行，卫星跟踪了发射和弹头命中目标的全部过程。对于这次试射，美国国防部发言人比尔·乌尔班的回应措辞与4个月前几乎完全一致：“我们不评论中华人民共和国的武器测试，但美国确实在小心地监视中国的军事现代化。”

《华盛顿自由灯塔》网站曾在今年8月爆料称，中国曾于当月6日试射了一枚东风-41，当时的报道引述美国情报官员的话称，导弹携带了两枚独立制导的模拟核弹头。

东风-41导弹是中国自主研制的全新重型公路机动弹道导弹，其大约11000-12000公里的射程足以覆盖美国全境。东风-41采用了多弹头分导再入技术，但其搭载的分弹头具体数量尚未可知。美国情报部门曾称，东风-41是一种意义重大的中国战略核武器，有可能影响到两国之间的战略平衡。

美国国际评估和战略中心高级研究员理查德·费舍尔称，中国最近试射的导弹仅搭载有少数几个分弹头，很可能在试图隐藏东风-41真正的分弹头搭载能力。

费舍尔一直认为东风-41将搭载至少10个分弹头。他认为，最近几次试射的数据将被中国军工人员用于进一步改进东风-41，并为研制拥有更多分弹头的洲际导弹打下基础。他同时表示，按照目前东风-41的稳定进度，东风-41有很大希望在未来2年内完成部署。

不过，惯于抹黑中国军工技术的比尔·格茨在文中继续坚持认为，中国的多弹头分导再入技术是在克林顿时期从美国公司非法窃取的，即便这一指控和假设根本就没有任何令人信服的证据。

美国2049研究所的中国战略力量专家马克·斯托克斯也应和称，“一个合乎逻辑的推测”是中国“把一个经过改进的东风-5B导弹分导飞行器装在了一个大直径的固体火箭上”。但斯托克斯同时承认，目前东风-41导弹似乎正处于高级研发阶段，可能将很快部署。

近年来中国明显加强了战略核力量建设，今年9月3日天安门广场阅兵上中国展示了部分已经服役的战略导弹，令全世界为之瞩目。《华盛顿自由灯塔》网站称目前中国的远程战略导弹阵容由东风-31、东风-31A、东风-4、东风-5这4种陆基弹，以及巨浪-1、巨浪-2等潜射导弹构成，约有300枚核弹头。《华盛顿自由灯塔》网站认为，在分导式多弹头技术成熟后，中国将可以攻击更多的目标，同时这也意味着中国的核弹头数量将会更多。
